I've always been on the side of "people say and do dumb shit and we shouldn't exile them for being insufficiently left on social issues". That voting is always a compromise but reforms like RCV can help better candidates win. And that the establishment most fears progressive economics and will use their media access to defeat any threat to their power. Cancel culture was always going to be used to keep the wealthy in power.
It matters who #GrahamPlatner really is but please follow the money.
