So, a friend of mine was measuring his biceps today and was excited to see a 1/16" increase in circumference.

This friend has been working out for a LOT longer than I have. And he's taller than me.
My biceps are at 15 1/4"
I didn't tell him that. I just congratulated him on the increase.
