Your article is fantastic! Just a small suggestion: why not consider writing in Markdown and using Pandoc to convert it into HTML? This way, you can use LaTeX for mathematical formulas (mathjax). You could even have automatically numbered theorem, lemma, and proof environments, if you use some third-party filters.
