"What're you doing?!" Dan cried. Devon was holding a letter addressed to their sister over the whistling kettle.
"I'm #steaming it open," Devon replied. "It's from the piano teacher. I think he's creeping on Dora!"
The kettle whistled. After a few seconds, Devon peeled the envelope open.
"Oh. It's her recital schedule," he said, deflated. He resealed it.
"She'll never guess it was tampered with," said Dan sarcastically, looking at the warped, puckered envelope.
