Proposition 40 would go a long way to somewhat offset the hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding for public services gutted by the current White House. Proposition 42 would revoke that if proposition 40 was past plus make it impossible to ever attack the wealthy.

Remember in California proposition 40 restore some of the money is super rich gutted from us and from every other state. And proposition 42 is just something they wrote to fuck us over.
