Have made a decision to try a return to track running next summer season, aiming for some 800m races for masters age athletes.
Might have to join another club second claim to get some races.
Was fun yesterday evening coming up with a training plan for the next few months.
Was a decision made with how much I enjoy my harder interval sessions and the running feels a little more natural.
Will still be doing the cross country season though.
I look forward to sharing my progress.
