Going to have a slightly funky knuckle forever. No impairment or whatever.
Surgeon could fix the knuckle, but he says all out would do is make for a nice x-ray in the future, not actually improve anything. And surgery always comes with risk.
Getting a removable splint and regime of exercises. Apparently playing Xbox will count for some of that. ;)
