OK, I guess that's a bit tricky. If it were me, I would copy & paste the WCEL's letter into my regular email, make any changes to the text that seemed appropriate, and send it off / CC it to anyone in Parliament that seemed appropriate (including the whip, the PMO and probably the LPC contact email too).
