"content": "The sun is already warm with a promise of even warmer. I bought Summer a cooling mat that I discovered right here on Mastodon. Might need it today. So many good ideas here. \nThis morning I woke up to a late happy birthday text from a school mate. We have been friends for over 60 years. She pointed out that our 50th highschool reunion will be next weekend. She also mentioned that only the actual graduating class is invited. \nThat would count me out. \nAs all of us are old now eventually they will run out of people to exclude. \nI do hope they enjoy their exclusive celebration of their exclusivity. \nI invited her to meet me at the local ice cream shop so I can give her a hug and thank her for being my friend for so long. Telling her that it's time to let go of the highschool BS and be kind to everyone will happen too. \nGood morning Mastodon.\n#Summer #DogsOfMastodon\nhttps://files.sfba.social/media_attachments/files/117/230/544/186/301/329/original/2326e2ee29e4f0f9.jpg\nhttps://files.sfba.social/media_attachments/files/117/230/544/201/679/657/original/eb7b2c228ba6f942.jpg\nhttps://files.sfba.social/media_attachments/files/117/230/544/247/712/972/original/f7d8bf48f82879c4.jpg\n",
