I want to rent a hybrid or EV in France, I used to do that for my past 2 trips.
Now none of
Sixt
Europcar
Hertz
Avis
Enterprise
have hybrids or EVs.
WTH?! Some have EVs but ask you to call, cannot reserve via web. WHY?
I only found Carrefour Location but they refuse my Japanese credit cards...
