This was a great middle grade read! Of course, it was, it's by Nnedi Okorafor and she is amazing! It's marked ages 10 and up, so definitely middle grade. I know some people would have a fit over the violence that is depicted, but it really was great. Takes place in Nigeria, main character is a boy whose father is killed, and he is searching for the killer.
