I agree with both;
Imo the problem in Iraq was that the regime change wasn't supported by the majority of people but had to be enforced by US troops. As soon as they pulled out, chaos broke out.
In Iran on the other hand I see a lot more people who actually WANT the change, many are rooting for the israeli airstrikes.
They need to be supported with weapons and money, but there's no need for foreign troops on the ground.
