If you like sparkles, they're absolutely worth it. Rocking and rolling the pen before writing helps to keep things evenly suspended. I don't have many shimmers but none have been a problem. Pelikan Golden Lapis and Herbin Caroube de Chypre are nice, J. Herbin Emerald de Chivor and Organic Studio Alanine look great but take extra cleaning for the saturated dyes. I have Diamine Golden Ivy on my wishlist.
