You mean bad experience with small or self run instances?the whole reason I doubted the “ issue “ is that I do not see it and I use mastodon plenty. Users that don’t like mastodon have reasons sure but this ain’t one of them. Based on my google searches hardly anyone is talking it in the last 2 years. Now at this point you will reply and include more of the same criticism. But I am no longer interested in the topic fyi.
