I think video game/software decompilations are a huge threat no many are aware of yet.
I read about how people find ironic that the AI all these companies have been pushing is now coming back at them, but I wonder if this is simply the intended course of action.
In a market where no software is safe, it only makes sense NOT to distribute it anymore and instead push harder towards subscriptions and streaming.
They are renting us shovels and we are digging our own grave.
