This kind of nonsense from The Greens is why I have let my membership expire; the constant need for ideological perfection over some semblance of an outcome that gains ground is a pox on the party.
We all know carbon credit trading in Australia is a smoke-and-mirrors clusterfuck that barely helps reduce carbon emissions. That's a given. But refusing to back a piece of legislation that allows it to continue but still gains substantial ground for the environment - your supposed key platform - is dumb as hell.
There is no party in the parliament that represents me, even in the majority of policies. David Pocock needs to recruit hard and everywhere.
