I just checked. We have started using our EV charger late June this year, without it we barely touch our battery bank. With EV charging we have delivered over 500kWh since, a lot of that is straight from the panels but except for the odd sparkling sunny day, will always need our home batteries to chip in. We currently don't charge at night because the inverter is too noisy, this will change with future upgrades, but this means we missed out on a bunch of potential electricity (we'd charge the car from the battery overnight, drive around the next day, the empty house battery would recharge from solar - without that it'll just sit there fully charged, wasting the precious sunlight).
So in more than two months we did under 25 full cycles. At this rate our cells (75% capacity after 6000 cycles) would "last" **30 years**.
Actually our EV is nearing 50k kilometers, I should find the OBD dongle and see if it lists battery SoH out of curiosity...

we were super careful about using our battery storage at first ("Don't do too many cycles!") but after the number there out (the manufacturer even officially upped the cycle estimate by I think 1/4), we now even do some very "lossy" stuff like charging the car from it 😅
