Bluetooth sometimes fails and takes WiFi down with it until I restart. I think it might be depending on my location (so maybe it's about the amount of signals around) and maybe how warm my phone is, so this does seem like it might be hardware...
Sometimes it doesn't happen for a few hours but sometimes it happens immediately after restarting
