Hmm from what I had looked up (and the pintxos app) there is a dish called Morros de ternera (Veal snout stewed with vegetables, then stuffed and fried, served with brown sauce) - so I ask for one morros.
I skip the other specialty - the chorerra - a batter fried dumpling of sorts.
The morros is really good - soft and cartilegenous like oxtail but mild, less beefy tasting. Sauce is ok.
Getting full. People are picking up orders, plonking their kids on the counter.
