I make pooter beep boop. I human limited. I infrequently words. When I do human and words, it's about the beep-boop.
So why they ask me to give feedback to humans every year? Sometimes twice a year?
They even want me to write feedback for myself. No. You pay me for the beep-boop, not the attaboy-social. That drains me like a shorted battery. Written social drains me like f2f.
Work annual performance assessments suck, & they suck for months.
