Today we got up early,
And the roofers arrived.
I did the bowel cancer screening thingy,
And then we took Mum shopping.
Popped over to work,
To ready a room for a booking.
Noticed a sign post on the ground,
So cut off the rotted end and replanted it.
Did laundry,
And some workshop chores.
Roofers finished the roof today,
I did a quick inspection.
Did caretaking,
And sorted out the key cupboard.
Labelled all the keys in the master bunch,
A job I've wanted to get done for years!
Very very tired now,
Early start in the morning.
