#cooking
I just got some new toys in the mail! 6 mini quiche trays, and 7 pie dishes (I ordered 6).
Everybody I will be cooking for who eats eggs also eats bacon, so I can make quiche lorraine.
That leaves the pie dishes to feed Vegetarian Girl. I could make haloumi pot pies, or something like a pie with masala dosa filling, but do you vege connoisseurs have any other ideas? No eggs no mushrooms.
