Not happy about this, however if I want our rent paid I needed to "comply". 🤬😡 See screenshot.
Anyhow, the agent had a help line to get everyone on boarded today. Initially I was confused and rang. They had its of tenants calling in to get help and put me on a list for a call back. Thought I'd try setting it all up myself and within half an hour I called back to take me off the list. I'd done it! They said I was the first tenant to get it up and running.
Considering I'm near 70 and husband near 80, I was pretty chuffed. I imagine most tenants are young people. 🧡
However, disappointed that this is now how we need to operate in the world. 🥺
