Always have spoon and knife with you ( but not having it in hand luggage 😂)
Sit on the beach alone and enjoy the peace.
Since I eat this way, it’s so much less stress. No endless food prep and boxes I have to carry around.
No people around in a restaurant where I have to explain where I get my protein from. 🤣
Being and eating alone is the best
