I've noticed a general pattern in contemporary "against 'AI'" discussions, where people beat up on "AI" mistakes that are also commonly made by humans. I believe these people should hold themselves to the same standards they try to impose on "AI", and see how things hold up.
If you, as a human being, do not possess an all-seeing, god-like intelligence, why on Earth would you expect this from a human-made LLM?
