Yesterday went for a walk with 🐕, almost 6km but I came home very, very tired. Had done some gardening during the day so maybe this was too much. Had a little cry and discussed with hubby that during the holiday we could walk 5km and then have coffee and cake and see if I could go on after the pause.
Today 1st week of 30’ training plan 4x5’R1’, now crashed out on the couch. Hate this disease 😠
