like, i get it for b2b, kinda makes sense. if you're big enough or the company you're contracting is small enough, you might actually wanna talk to sales and see if they can get you in touch with the actual dev team, maybe give you a special offer, add some of the features you want to the backlog. but when it's a consumer product, the interaction is a formality, there's nothing useful that could possibly happen on that call.
