I usually use "the Murikas" and "a Murikan" for the USA and a citizen of the USA because of how in the USA they say "'merica" with a pride in their voice and a bald eagle flying in the background. I don't know, man. It's the little things in life that makes one happy. Happy for a short little while in this nightmare of consciousness, between disasters and tragedies, within the universal non-satisfactory nature of existence, we find solace in dumb fucking jokes.
