Chicken bone broth on the way A little full, yes. I roasted the bones this time so we’ll see how that goes. I started making broth last winter. Last batch was way too diluted with water, so I have a lot more bones and just tried to cover them this time. Will push to fully submerge when veggies underneath collapse a bit.
