Friday was a long day. We drove from Newhaven to the start of the Great Southern Rail Trail and started our 90km ride from Nyora to Foster.

We stopped for morning coffee and a doughnut in Koonwarra at the bakery.

We stopped for lunch in Meeniyan which had a nice community garden and I spotted an old Flying Pigeon bicycle.
