I just don't get the local biker community in my neighborhood. They spend all this money on superbikes to do what? Drive down the road a bit then twist the throttle hard in neutral so that everybody in a 5km radius can enjoy the sweet sound of their rev limiter stuttering for 20, 30, 60 seconds at a time? At 11:30pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night?
My friends, it's become such a routine that my kids have started singing along, trilling a high F# and seeing if they can hold it as long as the bike before their breath runs out.
