On 3: the closest end-user doc I found is the blog post "Credit ID, Account, or Passkey" (22-jul-2026): https://ppq.ai/blog/payperq-account-types-explained
What it covers: a Credit ID is a bearer credential tied to your balance; each Credit ID is "its own separate world" for chats; and you can move from a Credit ID to an account or passkey later, where "your balance comes with you; your conversations do not".
What it doesn't cover: deleting a Credit ID, or what "redeem" does to the old ID's deposit and usage history. Neither does anything else listed in ppq.ai's sitemap (46 URLs; I checked the docs, privacy and blog pages). So 1 and 2 really do need an answer from PPQ. Until they confirm, I'd redeem first and delete after, never the other way round.
