My home insurer has sent a letter saying not to expect a bill this month, because they are changing (raising) their policy rates and will just build it into the next six months of billing statements. Um, where's the part where I evaluate whether I agree to the new terms of the policy you're amending midstream?!?
House insurance has gone shady, which seems like a step towards just being gone. The Climate is going to push us to that point very soon, isn't it?
