Using aid as a cover to ruthlessly exploit & destroy societies from within to serve the interests of Empire's corporations & rest of ruling class.
PS: Take with a grain of salt some biases expressed by the author in the article, but facts they mentioned are indeed facts. I am as opposed some of the actors USAID plotted against (such as regimes in "Cuba", "Venezuela", "Russia", etc), but that doesnt make USAID any less evil. Unlike people like us, the purpose of USAID in opposing those regimes is to ensure targeted societies cant be exploited as ruthlessly as Empire would want them to be.
