I disagree. Saying "Elon musk is a child molester, so boycott him" is defamation. Adding "boycott" is not the "in minecraft" of defamation law. I think what comes before "boycott" matters. In fact, the "boycott" language may be evidence of malicious intent in light of what preceeded. It could up the punitives.
