Another day, another final realisation that a Tory policy (this time on abandoning the in-house College for civil servants) was a short-sighted mistake.
Across fifteen years of Govt. for the coalition & then the Tory Govt. systematically wrecked governance in this country, but at least slowly the damage is being reversed!
Mind you, there's plenty of damage across the pubic sector that Labour seem to unwilling to really address!
