I really tried to learn and like #nixos but I just can't. To me, the documentation is all over the place, so many moving parts and no clear overview on what does what.
trying to configure your git config without home-manager, eerrr good luck with that.
I am sure everything is feasible with it, but I simply do not have 6 months of my life to put into it.
Will give #freebsd a try instead.
P.S : my usual distros are debian on desktop/laptop and openbsd or debian on servers.
