She’s aware of my concerns and she can make her own judgement on it. At the end of the day I have to be able to give up control, and either learn how I’m wrong by watching them or have them learn how I was right. If you can manage to utilize her so effectively that I “lose” her then it’s a sign that she was better off with you anyhow.
