Well wouldn’t you know it turns out Caesar Creek Lake is really a man made lake that has a Dam built in 1970 funny how whenever there’s a flood it’s always near a man made lake that has a Dam so if USACOE can increase the flow seems like they could lower the lake before a flood happens
