Since date of birth is STILL used as identity confirmation in real life services like the NHS, banks etc, I recommend giving yourself a separate "Internet birthday"! Something as simple as the end or start of the month your real birthday's in, is easy to remember! (The trouble is, you have to remember this when you create the account, it's often hard to change the birthday later!)
