"content": "I have quit smoking - time co celebrate :) \n \nExactly 10 years ago, on the 21st of August 2016, on vacation somewhere in the woods of the beautiful Swedish island Öland, I decided to leave cigarettes behind me once and for all (best decision ever). \n\nAfter two months of of recovery for my lungs, I started running. And I have been running since then, five times a week in the early morning - through the forest and along the shore of Lake Constance. During summer, I also have a break in between and jump into the lake for a short swim. I love doing that and I am so lucky that it is just possible since then (before, I would get short of breath at the slightest physical exertion). \n\nI just wanted to write this down to remind me (and hopefully others, too) that not everything got worse during the last decade... What has improved in your lives?\n\n#quitSmoking #running #notEverythingGotWorse\nhttps://digitalcourage.social/system/media_attachments/files/117/132/575/749/052/597/original/6ab078c4abd0f06f.jpg\n",
