From 855MB to 17MB thanks to the help of nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyd968gmewwp6kyqpqt0nvwvhq2h7whnrqpyzsvr2gsp4krpdenwwmuzxdlncjpf0dtuuqk9d7zp (nprofile…d7zp) who gave me this command to run ffmpeg with:

ffmpeg -i input_file.mp4 -movflags faststart -c:v libx264 -c:a copy -profile:v high -preset veryslow -tune:v animation output_file.mp4

Now, there IS some artifacting, but other than that it looks great, and I'm sure with some tweaks those can be removed at a not-so-high storage cost.
