* Looked into compose failures (both branched and rawhide).

* Processed some group/sig tickets.
* Bunch of internal paperwork/processes.
* Restarted kojid on all builders to hopefully fix The compose issues. Seems caused by python3.14 upgrading (security update) causing kojid to need a restart
