Having regularly used Norwich Forum library for over a decade, I know that this will be personally taken as an attack against staff and the communities they have worked so hard to make feel welcome and seen.
I draw hope from Essex, in that this could be legally dubious and thus be dropped. Surely it is discrimination against a protected characteristic and therefore it contravenes the Equality Act 2010?
