Inspired by EllenInEdmonton :mstdnca: (npub12q0…l7za) I’ve started an experimental sauerkraut ferment today. In addition to a head of cabbage, I’ve included slices of Hungarian Wax Pepper from our garden. No idea how it will turn out, but that’s what experiments are for 😀
