Red cabbage #kimchi is in the works. Edward Lee's recipe includes bacon, but I'm omitting it. This is very good in fried rice or faro, or in a Koreuben sandwich.
I sharpened this knife just before Thanksgiving and it's still exquisitely sharp. I could chop cabbage all day.
