I’m not aware of any tabulator used in the that has access to the identity of the voter. Checking in voters and receiving/scanning ballots are separate functions, and isolated from each other. The scanners/tabulators/ballot boxes are stand-alone. They process ballots from voters who checked in with the clerk and are then permitted to cast their ballots.
