Unfortunately from what I've read If someone uses GenAI in a world and they<li>Don't disclose usage at all in the world.</li><li>Don't post anything about their content being GenAI on social media or other sources.</li><li>Remove AI watermarks</li>
You just can't report it because "it looks AI" is not actionable
