The only way to get the public to signoff on AI [and not fundamentally destroy it] is to get completel buyin.
That requires a generation of AI tools that disconnect from 'der cloud' and work locally, only for/with you. An extension of yourself, turned on when you need it.
Otherwise AI becomes the rubbish; the enemy, not compatible with humanity at all. Something only to be destroyed.
