I'd say that's only if China and the US take too long during the fab creation process. Fabs take about 2-3 years to start, and China had some new parties starting up fabs ~1.5 years ago IIRC. I definitely don't think we'll see a major decrease until probably 2029 but I do think we're likely to start seeing a slow decrease in late 2027, early 2028.
